Terms of Service

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Possible Company, Inc. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our services and outline important rights and responsibilities.

Your account
You must register an account to use our services. By doing so, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 years of age may only use our services with parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. See our privacy policy for details on how we protect and handle your data. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Payment, Subscriptions, and Fees
Our services include both free and paid features. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with any price changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@thepossible.io. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Your content and creative control
Our app uses machine learning to enhance your storytelling experience, including integrating with third-party generative AI services for images and audio. We believe in empowering creators while respecting their rights and choices. You retain full ownership and control of your original content and creative inputs. We do not train AI models on your content, and we will provide at least 30 days' notice before making any changes to these policies.

We want to foster an environment where artists can freely imagine and create, while maintaining community safety. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, including: content that infringes intellectual property rights; is unlawful or promotes illegal activities; contains hate speech or discriminatory content; is harassing, abusive, or threatening; or is pornographic or excessively violent. We're committed to working with our storytelling community to strike the right balance between artistic freedom and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Third-party services and limitation of liability
Our services incorporate third-party technologies, including AI image and audio generation services. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for their services or generated content. Your use of our services is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid by you for our services in the past 12 months.
